Perhaps my system is different...

In the ShortName field I only have one value, "kmartinsson", while I gave all my different name variations (and some aliases/alternate email addresses) in the FullName field.

When I click on the label "User name:" in front of the FullName field, it says that the full name, plus any variants and aliases goes in that field.
